Smokin' Brothers have teamed up with Chef Gaetano Farucci, Former head chef of two Michelin-starred restaurant “Le Gavroche”, to create this incredible Whisky & Soy glazed smoked salmon.
The glaze gives adds a gentle sour character to the natural sweetness of the salmon, which has been sourced from Wester Ross Fisheries - founded in 1977 as the first artisanal salmon farm in Scotland.
