This dipping assortment from Nettle Foods brings together three delicious spreads, making it ideal for a snacking platter, picnic or pre-dinner appetisers. The assortment features 3x 200g jars, comprising three Nettle favourites:

  • Mushroom Truffle Vegan Pate: A soft, mushroom truffle pâté-style spread. Nettle Foods make this creamy, intensely umami spread from the excess liquid of Symplicity's mushroom and vegetable ferments, making this a completely zero-waste product. The liquid is combined with fermented cashews, fresh lemon juice, white truffle oil and a splash of maple syrup. Immense when stirred through pasta or dipped with crusty bread. 

  • Sumac Chilli Mint – Vegan Labneh: This award-winning Sumac Chilli Mint from Nettle Foods is the perfect vegan alternative to labneh, pairing well with fritters, courgette flowers and toasted pita. Using creamed cashew ferment and whole fermented chillies, with added spearmint and dried sumac berries. Fresh, citrusy with a touch of heat. 

  • Preserved Lemon Dill: A great taste award-winning spread that adds a punch to pastas, fish and bagels. Made with whole preserved Sicilian green lemons, cashew ferment and cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil. Aromatic, balanced and zesty.

Mushroom Pate: Raw activated cashew, spring water, Symplicity ferment (water, mushroom, beetroot, onion, gluten-free tamari (soy), rapeseed oil, salt), white truffle oil (12%), lemon, pink Himalayan salt, maple syrup, garlic, black peppercorn, live culture

Storage: Keep refrigerated below 5c for up to 3 months. Consume within 1 month after opening.

Sumac Chilli Mint: Raw activated cashew, spring water, extra virgin olive oil, lemon, pink Himalayan salt, Aleppo chilli (0.25%), Cayenne pepper (0.25%), mint (0.25%), sumac (0.25%), black peppercorn, live culture.

Storage: keep refrigerated for up to 2 months. Once opened consume within 1 month. Freezes well.

Preserved Lemon Dill: Raw activated cashew (37%), spring water, extra virgin olive oil (15%), lemon (7.5%), pink Himalayan salt (1.6%), dill (1.1%), garlic, onion, black peppercorn, live culture.

Storage: keep refrigerated for up to 2 months. Once opened consume within 1 month. Freezes well.
