Nettle was founded in 2019 with a mission to create restaurant-quality plant-based foods that are sustainable for our health, the environment and the local community. Crafted with care in the heart of Oxfordshire, they use natural fermentation processes to create bold flavours without the need for preservatives, and source their ingredients from organic regenerative farms.
