Founded in 2014 by pastry chef duo Sam and Claire, Sam Joseph Chocolates creates premium handcrafted chocolates from their base in Altrincham, Greater Manchester. Drawing on their extensive culinary experience in London and Manchester, they started their journey at local markets, quickly earning a permanent spot in Altrincham Market House, where they continue to delight customers nearly a decade later.
