A beautifully presented and award-winning cut of pork from Cornwall's Primrose Herd, produced from their native breed herds on their world heritage site family farm. You'll get a tremendous flavour when roasting on the bone, before slicing up into individual cutlets to serve. The fat is scored to produce great crackling.

Family-run Primrose Herd produces premium-quality pork products in the beautiful Cornish countryside, in the heart of a World Heritage site. Taking a traditional, non-intensive approach to farming, Sally and Bill Lugg (alongside their 3 children) use tried-and-tested family recipes to create products with excellent marbling, perfect fat distribution and fantastic flavour. Their pork cuts, bacon and sausages have won multiple awards, and are supplied to some of the South West's most renowned restaurants.

    Very tasty cut of meat

    Very tender piece of meat and delicious. Although I could get any crackling out of it I still enjoy it in the oven

    Good quality meat and service!

    Absolutely delicious!

    Some of the nicest pork I’ve had - rested it for about 25 minutes in foil and it was the most tender pork I’ve had.
