A delicious boneless gammon, traditionally cured and air dried by Primrose Herd. Their gammons are all produced from native breed pork, reared at their low-intensive family farm in Cornwall.

Bone removed for easy slicing and serving!

Family-run Primrose Herd produces premium-quality pork products in the beautiful Cornish countryside, in the heart of a World Heritage site. Taking a traditional, non-intensive approach to farming, Sally and Bill Lugg (alongside their 3 children) use tried-and-tested family recipes to create products with excellent marbling, perfect fat distribution and fantastic flavour. Their pork cuts, bacon and sausages have won multiple awards, and are supplied to some of the South West's most renowned restaurants.

    Decent taste, awkward size.

    Whilst the taste was ok, the size was very awkward , it was 2kg huge leg of pork. I was hoping for something more uniformed and longer (traditional gammon style). Therefore it was quite difficult to roast and then slice. Wouldn't order it again. However as said wasn't a bad taste, just too big an awkward.
