A delicious bone in gammon, traditionally cured and air dried by Primrose Herd. Their gammons are all produced from native breed pork, reared at their low-intensive family farm in Cornwall.

Please note: This amazing gammon is cured to order, so you'll need to order 4 weeks ahead of time.

Family-run Primrose Herd produces premium-quality pork products in the beautiful Cornish countryside, in the heart of a World Heritage site. Taking a traditional, non-intensive approach to farming, Sally and Bill Lugg (alongside their 3 children) use tried-and-tested family recipes to create products with excellent marbling, perfect fat distribution and fantastic flavour. Their pork cuts, bacon and sausages have won multiple awards, and are supplied to some of the South West's most renowned restaurants.

    Fabulous gammon

    A last minute whim just before Christmas, I decided to look for a nitrate free Christmas ham. Everywhere had sold out ( of course!) but then I found FarmFetch. Super fast delivery, and the ham was amazing - super tasty. Will be ordering this again - and not just for Christmas. Great packaging, too. Would give 6 stars!
