A tremendous table centrepiece, this rack of lamb from Farm Butchers is tender and delicious. Sourced from herds that graze on the Kent Romney Marsh, you'll pick up the unique flavour provided the lamb's natural diet of grasses and samphire that grow across the salt marshes.

Each rack weighs around 700g untrimmed. Choose from a single or double rack, and from French Trimmed or natural.

Founded by the team behind John Howe Turkeys in Tenterden, Farm Butchers pride themselves on sourcing only the very best meat from local farms across Kent - all hand selected by John Howe himself. The close knit team of butchers bring dozens of years of experience to the table, using old-fashioned butchery techniques to get the very best out of each cut. Everything is prepared at their Kent butchery by hand, with a farm-to-table approach that ensures the freshest possible meat. You'll find a range of beef, pork, lamb and game products, each specially selected for their superior flavour.
