Turn your brisket carving into an art form with this beautifully designed serrated Brisket Slicer from Savernake. At nearly 30cm in length and with hand-applied serrations, you'll carve long, luscious slices of brisket (or any other chunk of low & slow cooked meat) with practically no resistance.

The handle is made from Micarta, making it extremely durable and incredibly grippy - exactly what you need when handling meat fresh off the barbecue. Colour accenting is provided by a near-indestructible glass laminate that's shaped and buffed by hand.

Savernake Knives founder Laurie Timpson has a simple mission: to create knives that people will love, and that bring the joy back to cooking. And according to Michelin-starred chefs Tom Aikens, Matt Worswick and countless others, that mission has been fully accomplished.

Each knife is beautifully engineered and handmade in Wiltshire, with a laser focus on balance, geometry, comfort, weigh, precision and sharpness. Their signature concave blade profile ensures a precision cut without the excess weight, and a 60 on the Rockwell C Scale delivers a sharp, durable edge that's easy to care for - regular honing means you'll only need to sharpen once or twice a year.

Every single Savernake knife is handmade to order, and they're so confident in their craftsmanship they include a lifetime guarantee against blade or handle defects. These are next level knives that bring joy to the kitchen.

Hone frequently to keep your knife razor sharp.
