Created in Worthing but inspired by a Trinidadian recipe passed down through the generations, Boom Sauce is on a mission to bring a kick of spice and a little bit of Trini love to your kitchen cupboard. Every bottle produced by Maryann and her team is gluten-free, vegan friendly and created with 100% natural ingredients.

Ingredients: Tomatoes (60%), Onion, Cider Vinegar, Water, Sugar, Scotch Bonnet (1%), Black Pepper, Allspice, Sea Salt, Chilli Extract & a pinch of Trini Love.
