How to use: TOSS through crisp greens for a vibrant kick, drizzle over fresh burrata with tomatoes and basil or why not marinade chicken or fish before grilling. 

The health hype:

Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) – AKA liquid gold. Loaded with heart-healthy fats and antioxidants. It’s a smooth operator that supports heart health and tastes like sunshine. 

Balsamic Vinegar – sweet meets tangy elegancy. Rich in polyphenols – plant powered antioxidants and gut friendly acids. It keeps things balanced, bright and oh-so fancy.
