Smoke, heat & flavour - what more could you want? A delicious and fiery creation from Boom Sauce, it combines hot Scotch Bonnets, flavoursome Thai chillis, and a big old kick from smoked Carolina Reapers. Add to pasta, meat, tacos or as a smokey marinade. Lovingly made in Worthing.

Created in Worthing but inspired by a Trinidadian recipe passed down through the generations, Boom Sauce is on a mission to bring a kick of spice and a little bit of Trini love to your kitchen cupboard. Every bottle produced by Maryann and her team is gluten-free, vegan friendly and created with 100% natural ingredients.

Ingredients: Ginger, Water, Scotch Bonnet (9%), Thai Chilli (9%), Cider Vinegar, Garlic, Olive Oil, Smoked Carolina Reaper (2%), Sea Salt and a pinch of Trini Love.
