Scottish Foraged Heather Gin

Isle of Bute Distillery was launched in 2018, inspired by the incredible scenery around Scotland's west coast, and the wilderness on the island itself. They now produce small batch craft gin using a traditional 200L copper still, using locally sourced botanicals that are foraged from the island and beyond. The master distillers are constantly experimenting with new flavours and combinations, so you'll always find something new.
