A highly-desirable cut of beef from Primrose Herd, packed full of flavour with a good layer of fat that makes it perfect for low and slow cooking - either smoked on the grill or in a stew. Their brisket flat is produced from outdoor reared, grass fed herds of native breed cattle, and is butchered to order.

Family-run Primrose Herd produces premium-quality pork products in the beautiful Cornish countryside, in the heart of a World Heritage site. Taking a traditional, non-intensive approach to farming, Sally and Bill Lugg (alongside their 3 children) use tried-and-tested family recipes to create products with excellent marbling, perfect fat distribution and fantastic flavour. Their pork cuts, bacon and sausages have won multiple awards, and are supplied to some of the South West's most renowned restaurants.

    The beef was superb - slow cooked it for a curry and it was melt in the mouth delicious
