A mouthwatering combination of premium pork loin, fruity plums and figs, and a sweet and sour mixture of cane sugar and Balsamic vinegar. This loin roast from DukesHill delivers rich, sweet notes on the palate. Serves six, and is delivered "cook in the bag" style for ultimate convenience.
