Handcrafted from black spun iron that delivers all the heat retention and durability of cast iron, with significantly less weight. The body is made with 99.1% pure British iron and comes pre-seasoned with natural flax oil, meaning you can use it straight away - the flax coating is easy to clean, naturally non-stick, and can be simply restored at home if needed. PTFE & PTFOA free, with absolutely no chemicals.
