A new twist on an award-winning classic, this epic smoked salmon from the Isle of Bute Smokehouse has been marinated in Lagg whisky from the Isle of Arran, adding a whole new flavour dimension. The whisky has been selected specifically to complement the buttery flavours of the fish, and is smoked to order.

Steeped in heritage and culinary history, Isle of Bute Smokehouse has been producing smoked fish for over 135 years - Queen Victoria is said to have been particularly partial to the smoked kippers from this very site! A few owners and revivals later, Isle of Bute Smokehouse is now a modern and proudly female owned and led artisan producer, creating delicious smoked salmon, trout and cheddar to order.

Storage: Smoked salmon can be kept in the fridge for 2-3 weeks, or 1 week after opening. It can also be frozen for up to 3 months. To avoid salmon drying out, store in original packaging or wrap tightly in plastic.
