A perfect mead for those with a sweet tooth, this mead has finds harmony between sweetness and acidity meaning you get the delicious taste of sweet honey mead balanced with freshness. It is not at all cloying due to this balance of honey and acidity.  

For wine drinkers, this mead is perfect to serve with your dessert course in place of a dessert wine or enjoyed in a small glass as an aperitif following a meal. 

This mead also lends itself well to a long drink with tonic/soda/lemonade served with or without fruit juice. It brings a lovely sweet honey note to any cocktail and goes well with coffee and cream.

“This has a beautiful golden colour with great clarity and a multi floral nose. Flavours are softly sweet and honeyed yet not overly so. Offering depth, character and complexity aided and betted by the toasty, warm, buckwheat flavours. Rounded and smoothly textured and the rich, floral notes linger luxuriously on the palate. An utter delight.”

This mead comes in a 500ml glass bottle with a resealable bar-top style cork and wood closure.
