An incredible cut of meat, reared, aged and French trimmed by Bramblebee Farms in the Ouse Washes of rural Cambridgeshire. Weighing in at 1.2kg - 1.4kg, these "mini" tomahawk steaks have fantastic marbling and a rich beefy flavour - just enough for 2 to share.
Nestled in the lush Norfolk Fenlands, Bramblebee Farm is led by Paul Day and his family – first-generation regenerative farmers who cultivate their own wheat and barley to feed their livestock. Old Spot pigs and grass-fed native cow breeds like Aberdeen Angus, Beef Shorthorn, Hereford, and Belted Galloways, all crossed with Shorthorn Bulls, roam freely between the farm's meadows and RSPB wetlands. The result is sausages, pork and beef cuts of the very highest quality.
