This incredibly lean and flavoursome venison loin from DukesHill is a truly special cut, sourced from the finest deer stock from British game keepers. Beautiful meat
We used the loin fillets for making two venison Wellingtons for a dinner party. They were superb - tender, juicy and tasty!
