Outlaw Rum's unique maturation process produces a rum with an incredibly rich and complex flavour. Premium Caribbean rum is matured in handpicked whisky casks in Aberdeenshire, adding regional characteritics to this incredible product. You'll experience notes of vanilla, toffee and sweet caramel on the nose, followed by hints of honey, coconut and baking spice on the palate. 40% ABV.

Outlaw Rum is a passion project of two lifelong friends, determined to shake up the the global spirits market with their premium rum. Starting life in Trinidad and Tobago, the rum is distilled using traditional methods to the highest specification, before making its way to the heart of Scottish Malt Whisky country to rest in specially selected Bourbon casks for a unique maturation process. Scotland and the Caribbean come together to make something truly sublime.
