Primrose Herd use the belly pork from their larger native breed pigs to produce their award-winning streaky bacon, providing a delicious balance of lean meat and fat. It's dry cured by hand for 14 days, and cut to a medium thickness.
Choose from unsmoked, or lightly beechwood smoked.
