This award-winning Sumac Chilli Mint from Nettle Foods is the perfect vegan alternative to labneh, pairing well with fritters, courgette flowers and toasted pita. Using creamed cashew ferment and whole fermented chillies, with added spearmint and dried sumac berries. Fresh, citrusy with a touch of heat.

Crafted with care in the heart of Oxfordshire, they use natural fermentation processes to create bold flavours without the need for preservatives, and source their ingredients from organic regenerative farms.

Ingredients: Raw activated cashew, spring water, extra virgin olive oil, lemon, pink Himalayan salt, Aleppo chilli, cayenne pepper, mint, sumac, black peppercorn, live culture.

Storage: Keep refrigerated for up to 2 months. Once opened consume within 1 month. Freezes well.
