A soft, rich and buttery semi-soft cheese from Village Maid Cheese, their Waterloo cheese is made using unpasteurised Guernsey cow's milk and a vegetarian rennet.
A combination of curd washing and whey replacement dilutes the acidity to deliver a super mellow flavour, making it slightly milder than a more traditional brie. You'll notice a slightly firmer texture with more bite, and a beautiful natural golden hue thanks to the properties of the unpasteurised Guernsey milk.
