A beautifully aged bone-in sirloin, produced from retired dairy cattle that have been put out to pasture for a minimum of four years after their milking years.

Using former dairy cows not only provides the animal with a fantastic quality of life and supports sustainable farming, but also delivers epic marbling and a rich flavour. Each steak is 700- 800g and comes with cooking instructions.
