DukesHill have taken the very finest cut of the pork loin, cured it using traditional methods and added a final gentle smoke to create their mouthwatering Smoked Kassler. A classic German-style deli meat, it can be served thinly sliced on a deli plate, thickly sliced and fried like a chop, or glazed and roasted whole for a unique Sunday roast.

Holders of a prestigious Royal Warrant since 2003, DukesHill began producing their mouthwatering Wiltshire hams back in 1985, strictly adhering to traditional curing and smoking methods to create a showstopping table centrepiece for any special occasion. Since then, the range has expanded to include everything from traditionally made bacon, sausages & terrines, through to an exquisite range of slow cooked pork and even handmade ciders.

Ingredients: British Pork (96%), Salt, Unrefined Brown Sugar, Muscovado Sugar; Preservatives: Potassium Nitrate, Sodium Nitrite; Antioxidant: Sodium Ascorbate, Liquid Smoke.
