Using vintage family recipes that have passed through the generations, Sawley Kitchen specialises in handcrafted sweet treats that are hand-baked each and every day. You'll find a variety of delicious crumbly shortbreads, sweet meringues, and artisan crackers and biscuits, some of which you'll also find in 5-star hotels across the UK, including The Ritz!

Ingredients: Wheat flour, butter 30% (milk), cornflour, sugar, semolina (wheat), natural flavouring, propylene glycol (E1520) colour (Annatto), salt.

    Best Shortbread I’ve EVER Tasted!,

    I live in Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada. I love to travel and am always on the hunt for delicious shortbread. My niece and I were staying in Ilkley, West Yorkshire and luckily we were there for Market Day. We visited all the artisan food producers and when I tasted the Rhubarb Custard from Sawley Kitchen I almost swooned with sheer joy. I’ll be back in the UK in October and plan on having this scrumptious shortbread awaiting me when I arrive at my hotel in London. I may even buy an extra suitcase and fill it full of Sawley Kitchen shortbread to take home.
