This oak smoked trout is a must try for lovers of smoked fish - slightly drier and less oily than salmon, it's delicious when paired with fennel and cucumber. Isle of Mull Smokehouse hand pick the very best sea-reared trout, dry cure it and lightly smoke over a traditional oak dust fire to order. It's then sliced, wrapped and shipped directly to your door.

Storage: Smoked trout can be kept in the fridge for 2-3 weeks, or 1 week after opening. It can also be frozen for up to 3 months. To avoid trout drying out, store in original packaging or wrap tightly in plastic.
