Smoked to order using traditional methods, this delicious oak smoked salmon is Isle of Bute Smokehouse's signature product. Fillets are specially selected for their quality and flavour, before being dry-cured and lightly smoked over a traditional oak dust fire. The delicate, buttery salmon is then hand-sliced, ready to eat. Heaven.

Storage: Smoked salmon can be kept in the fridge for 2-3 weeks, or 1 week after opening. It can also be frozen for up to 3 months. To avoid salmon drying out, store in original packaging or wrap tightly in plastic.
