DukesHill start with the finest Scottish Salmon from select sea farms, before brushing with Manuka honey, curing and smoking for 8 hours to create their Manuka Honey Sliced Smoked Salmon.
Once smoked to perfection over oak, it's then finished off with a second honey glaze and hand sliced, ready to be served on bread, crackers or canapés.
