An easy to cook gammon joint from DukesHill, lovingly cured in their famous Wiltshire style cure, then coated in coarse black pepper to create a rich and aromatic joint of meat. A "cook-in-the-bag" method ensures a mouthwatering taste and texture every single time.
Holders of a prestigious Royal Warrant since 2003, DukesHill began producing their mouthwatering Wiltshire hams back in 1985, strictly adhering to traditional curing and smoking methods to create a showstopping table centrepiece for any special occasion.
