A true classic from Witchmark Distillery, crafted in small batches at their Wiltshire distillery. A refined blend of botanicals awaits, with juniper, orange zest and aromatic cinnamon forming the leading notes.

You'll pick up savoury notes of bay leaf, balanced with the citrusy spice of coriander.

Tasting Notes:

Nose: Classic juniper with a citrus lift from orange and a whisper of warm spice.

Palate: Clean and crisp, with the earthy bitterness of bay leaf blending seamlessly with the heat of cinnamon and cubeb. 

Finish: A refreshing and dry conclusion, with lingering notes of juniper and coriander. Enjoy it in a traditional gin and tonic or a martini garnished with an orange twist.

Nestled in the historic village of Fonthill Bishop, Wiltshire, Witchmark Distillery produces exceptional small-batch British vodka and gin. Operating from a Grade II listed barn dating back to the 1600s, the distillery blends heritage with modern craftsmanship. 

Sustainability is central to Witchmark's ethos. They source barley from Fonthill Farm, a local regenerative agriculture system, and generate solar energy through a 100kW array on their warehouse roof in partnership with Nadder Community Energy. Their stills are powered by bio-liquid propane gas recovered from eco road fuel production, and they employ state-of-the-art heat recovery in their production process.
