Founded by partners Clare and Mike in 2018, The Edge Distillery was inspired by the couple's extensive world travels, during which they made plenty of time to sample cocktails and spirits in some of the most exclusive bars and hotels on the planet.

Since their first batch was released they've been scooping up awards and rave reviews left, right and centre - this has been credited to the use of the "Wolfberry" botanical; a berry that's packed full of antioxidants, which also makes their gins delightfully smooth and moreish.
