Primrose Herd have partnered with Creedy Carver to produce their amazingly flavourful whole ducks. Their ducks are reared outdoors, and are grown much more slowly than usual, on an all natural diet that produces an incredible flavour from a happy animal. The birds are then plucked and finished by hand, delivering a deliciously crisp skin.

Family-run Primrose Herd produces premium-quality pork products in the beautiful Cornish countryside, in the heart of a World Heritage site. Taking a traditional, non-intensive approach to farming, Sally and Bill Lugg (alongside their 3 children) use tried-and-tested family recipes to create products with excellent marbling, perfect fat distribution and fantastic flavour. Their pork cuts, bacon and sausages have won multiple awards, and are supplied to some of the South West's most renowned restaurants.
