The Yorkshire Pasta Company's Tortiglioni has deeper grooves and swirls than their Rigatoni, allowing sauces to swirl their way around the pasta for a luxurious coating. The traditional slow drying process allows the natural flavours of the pasta to mature, creating a deep, robust flavour that's unlike anything you'll find in the supermarket.
Ideal with simple sauces and fish dishes that allow the pasta flavour to come through, this incredible Tortiglioni is made without eggs, making it vegan friendly, and comes in environmentally friendly paper packaging.
