Primrose Herd take their award-winning hand cured back bacon, and cold smoke it over beechwood for over 12 hours to deliver a light, smoky flavour. By using this traditional method, the smoke enhances rather than takes over the bacon. Cut thicker than usual to deliver a delightful meaty crisp.
