This succulent belly pork has been expertly boned and rolled by Primrose Herd at their Cornwall butchery, making it ready to roast at home. An ideal fat to meat ratio ensures self-basting during a roast - it's ideal for making your own porchetta.

Family-run Primrose Herd produces premium-quality pork products in the beautiful Cornish countryside, in the heart of a World Heritage site. Taking a traditional, non-intensive approach to farming, Sally and Bill Lugg (alongside their 3 children) use tried-and-tested family recipes to create products with excellent marbling, perfect fat distribution and fantastic flavour. Their pork cuts, bacon and sausages have won multiple awards, and are supplied to some of the South West's most renowned restaurants.

Sunday Dinner Success
Recently bought the pork belly joint for a Sunday dinner with family. Very quick delivery and the quality of the meat was one of the best I have ever had. Will be ordering again.
