Choose from a bone-in shoulder for extra flavour during a long cook, or a more convenient boned and rolled version.

    Lovely flavour

    This is the 2nd time we've had this and it really is a lovely piece of lamb. Give it a try and see how anaemic supermarket lamb is in comparison!
