Fen Farm Dairy have taken their celebrated Baron Bigod cheese to a whole new level with the introduction of their made-to-order Baron Bigod Truffled cheese.

Their handmade brie-esque cheese is made using the same pasteurised milk from their own herd of free-range Montbeliard cows, but with an additional indulgent layer of their black truffle-infused mascarpone - an absolute must try. You'll notice the scent of fine black truffles straight away, backed up by earthy mushroom notes and a delightfully nutty rind. Each Baron Brigod Truffled is hand-wrapped in wax paper, and presented in a wooden box.

Fen Farm Dairy make their truffled cheese to order, so please allow up to 10 days for delivery.

Storage: Eat before the “Use by” date shown on pack. Store in the fridge. For best flavour, bring to room temperature one hour before serving.
