Handmade by the Fen Farm Dairy team from pasteurised milk produced by their own grass-fed Montbeliarde cows, this stunning brie-esque cheese is bursting with warm milk flavours, a delightfully nutty rind, and subtle notes of earthy mushroom. Choose from:
- 180g individual wedge - hand-cut from a round and vacuum sealed
- 250g Baby Baron - hand-wrapped in wax paper and presented in a delightful wooden box
- 1kg Medium Baron Wheel - enough for a small gathering, also wrapped in wax paper and presented in a wooden box

Founded by the Crickmore family three generations ago, Fen Farm Dairy is one of the UK's most celebrated dairy producers, setting the standard for quality, taste and sustainable farming practices.
All of their award-winning cheeses, butters and ghees are produced from a happy herd of Montbeliarde cows - the absolute top breed for cheesemaking - who are free to roam the fertile marshland of the Waveney River Valley. As well as producing the Michelin-star chef favourite Baron Bigod cheese and a variety of other exciting dairy products, the team at Fen Farm are dedicated to sustainably farming their land and protecting the local ecosystems - they're on a mission to becoming carbon negative, souring the majority of their energy from renewable sources and taking a low-intervention approach to farming.

Storage: Eat before the “Use by” date shown on pack. Store in the fridge. For best flavour, bring to room temperature one hour before serving.
If freezing, freeze on day of delivery. Defrost in the fridge. Once defrosted, do not refreeze.
