Founded in Caithness in 2014 by Martin and Claire, Dunnet Bay Distillery has since won countless awards for their spectacular range of spirits, each inspired by local botanicals around the Scottish coast. Using Elizabeth - their trusty original copper pot still - they perfected their first Rock Rose Gin recipe in August 2014, and have been leading the Scottish craft spirit industry ever since. They've now significantly expanded their Rock Rose range, and added the smooth Holy Grass Vodka and Mapmakers Rum to their offering.
