At Farmfetch, we're delighted to bring you products from Duchess Farms, a family-run enterprise for six generations, renowned for its production of extra virgin cold-pressed rapeseed oil and stone-milled heritage grain flour. Located in Hertfordshire, the farm is committed to sustainable and regenerative agricultural practices, growing a variety of heritage grains such as einkorn, Lys Brun, and Ölands without the use of chemical inputs. This approach not only enhances the flavour of their produce but also supports biodiversity and soil health.

The farm's flagship product, the extra virgin cold-pressed rapeseed oil, is available in three distinct varieties: Original, Raw, and Smoked. The oil is known for its high nutritional value and versatility in cooking. The production process is entirely managed on the farm, ensuring high quality and traceability from seed to bottle.

Duchess Farms also produces heritage grain flour using traditional stone milling techniques, in partnership with Gilchesters Organics. This collaboration ensures that the grains retain their nutritional value and unique flavours.
