Fen Farm Dairy create their incredible Ghee from the raw cultured butter produced from their free-range, grass-fed Montbeliarde and Fresian cows at their family farm in Suffolk.

A fantastic and versatile ingredient, Ghee can be used as a replacement for oil in any type of cooking, is jammed full of gut-friendly prebiotics and probiotics, and is rich in natural digestive enzymes. You can use this for high-temperature cooking / frying, or even as a treatment for softer skin and hair.
