A deliciously mature version of the Wyfe of Bath cheese, with the extra 12 months maturation adding a strong, tasty tang and enhanced nutty and creamy undertones. Slightly firmer than its younger sibling, and available in 200g segments, 1.2kg half rounds, and 2.4kg whole rounds.

The Padfield family have been working the same 240 acres of Park Farm for nearly 120 years, reviving methods and recipes first written down as early as the 18th Century to produce a truly outstanding selection of cheeses.
