Producer spotlight: introducing Wild Cornwall
We’re incredibly excited to announce our partnership with Wild Cornwall, the sauce and condiment company on a mission to deepen our relationship with the English countryside.
Inspired by nature and the seasons, all Wild Cornwall creations – from sauces, oils and condiments to pickles and preserves – feature foraged, wild or heritage superstar ingredients and showcase the small-scale produce of their sustainable Roseland farm.
Browsing through the range of seasonal ingredients included in Wild Cornwall’s products is a voyage of discovery – locally grown water pepper adds a distinct British kick to sweet chilli sauce, hawthorn and blackberries lend depth to ketchups and vinegar, while citrussy lemon verbena adds an aromatic boost to sunflower oil. It’s the perfect place to find your new kitchen cupboard favourite!

- Provenance - the small Wild Cornwall team make everything by hand, using herbs, crops and produce grown on Trelonk Farm – a historic estate with brickwork remnants dating back to 1891.
