A beautifully light and floral runny honey from The Honey Project, sourced exclusively from bees that forage around the flora rich fields of the Holt Hall Apiary in Staffordshire.

The bees forage as they wish throughout the year, meaning that each batch will taste slightly different depending on the types of flower they stumble upon. And for every jar sold, The Honey Project will re-wild 100 wildflowers for each jar you purchase!

As this is a raw, unprocessed honey it can set over time - simply warm up gently to return to a runny liquid.

Founded in 2019 by Laura and Ed and inspired by their shared passion for nature, The Honey Project is a British honey brand dedicated to environmental conservation and the promotion of local, unprocessed honey.

Their honey is sourced from Holt Hall Apiary in Tamworth, Staffordshire, where bees forage on local flora that changes with the seasons, resulting in a product that's both sustainable and rich in flavour. What's more, for every jar sold The Honey Project collaborates with the charity Buglife to plant approximately 100 wildflowers along British bee lines, aiding in the re-wilding of the countryside and providing essential food sources for pollinators.
