Made using 100% Scottish salmon, DukesHill's Gravadlax is made using hand-smoked Salmon from independent British smokeries, marinated in a zingy mix of dill, white wine vinegar, salt, sugar and black pepper. Hand filleted and sliced for exceptionally high quality.

Holders of a prestigious Royal Warrant since 2003, DukesHill began producing their mouthwatering Wiltshire hams back in 1985, strictly adhering to traditional curing and smoking methods to create a showstopping table centrepiece for any special occasion.
