Fruity, sweet with a kick of spice, this moreish Jamaican Gold hot sauce from Cornish Chillies is as delicious as it is versatile. Made by blending mild Jamaican chillies with fruit and ginger, it's a homage to the Cornish pirate Thomas Anstis who sailed round Jamaica in the 18th century.
