All of Sea Sisters cuttlefish is pot-caught in season during April and May, ensuring they have matured and had an opportunity to reproduce. Pot or trap-caught cuttlefish is a responsible and ethical way of harvesting this delicious mollusc, which has a very similar flavour and texture profile to squid.

Once prepared the cuttlefish is then preserved in a rich, beautifully balanced sauce made using its own ink. Enjoy simply folded through steamed rice with a dollop of aioli and lemon, or warmed up on toast with chopped tomatoes and parsley.
