This incredible Bungay Raw Butter from Fen Farm Dairy, made from milk from their own herds of Montbeliarde and Fresian cows, is the UK's only raw farmhouse butter produced using a lactic culture.

Fen Farm Dairy make their butter the traditional way by hand, souring their cream using lactic bacteria, and hand-churning with traditional wooden "butter hands".
